Jeff has always been a student of the world, a committed family man and is the Top Selling Broker at the LIV Sotheby’s Boulder office. Before moving his family to Boulder, Jeff was the most sought-after building contractor in Key West and the proud owner and CEO of Erickson Builders. With an unwavering pursuit of excellence and a resolute advocacy for preservation, Jeff was largely responsible for the renaissance of “old town,” Key West one house at a time. He received numerous awards for excellence in renovation and his attention to detail was instrumental in preserving the architectural integrity of the island’s most prominent and historic homes such as the home of playwright Tennessee Williams, elevating Key West from obscurity and onto the pages of Architectural Digest and Veranda.
In 2000, a young daughter and quality schools brought Jeff and his family to Boulder where he continues to use his special skills as a full-time Realtor, a testament to his endless enthusiasm and commitment to making the buying and selling of real estate as enjoyable as possible. In addition, Jeff’s dedication and principles of integrity include an unusual depth of knowledge for the often-complicated process of buying and selling water rights in Boulder County. He’s also a staunch defender and advocate for clients, eager to represent a wide range of properties, whether a cozy mountain cottage, condo or luxury home, as well as a keen interest and understanding of both farm and ranch-style properties. With Sotheby’s cutting-edge marketing and Jeff’s personal commitment to quality service, your property will receive maximum national and international exposure and the extensive knowledge of an award-winning builder. Jeff specializes in Boulder and Boulder County including Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont, Superior, Lyons and the suburban mountains and plains.
Jeff is partnered with his wife, Carliss Erickson, daughter, Rebeccah and son-in law, Ryan McIntosh. A winning combination who collectively share more than 70 years of real estate experience. Jeff is a licensed pilot, following in the footsteps of his father, and someone who enjoys the Colorado lifestyle with a game of golf, or skiing and hiking outdoors; but “globe-trotting” is the family favorite whenever time permits.
Carliss Erickson brings 40 years of real estate experience to every client. Her commitment to excellence has never wavered, along with a level of personal service and white-glove treatment that's unrivaled in the business. Carliss measures her success by earning the trust and confidence of every client through hard work and the pursuit of excellence, even for the most discerning clients. In addition, a client's expectations are meant to be surpassed and the only true reward is finding the perfect property or home that turns a dream into reality. First impressions are more important than ever, whether it's meeting a new client or showing a home to prospective buyers when the goal is a timely sale at the highest possible price.
Carliss began her distinguished career in Real Estate back in 1983 on the tropical island of Key West, selling the most sought-after real estate in the country. A relentless work ethic quickly earned her a reputation for excellence in personal service and a code of integrity seldom experienced on an island where the prevailing mantra was 'mañana,' or tomorrow! Her real estate success and countless number of successful closings became the benchmarks by which other agents gauged their careers, and her innovative and cutting-edge marketing skills are as relevant today as they were so many years ago. Carliss has carved a longstanding career as a full-time agent who continues to push the boundaries of quality service and outstanding performance. She's also easy to work with, fun to be around and takes pride in her relationships with both buyers and sellers that continue long after closing papers are signed.
Carliss is partnered with her husband, Jeff Erickson, who is the top-selling Broker at the Boulder LIV Sotheby’s office, as well as her daughter, Rebeccah and son-in law, Ryan McIntosh. A winning combination who collectively share more than 70 years of real estate experience. Together they offer an extraordinary set of “super skills,” combined with incomparable levels of service for clients in Boulder, Boulder County, Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont, Superior, Lyons and the suburban mountains and plains. Carliss is a gourmet home cook, an animal lover and enjoys gardening. She also revels in the Colorado lifestyle while skiing, snow shoeing, or biking the back roads and “globe-trotting” whenever possible. Carliss and her family are partners in life and in Real Estate and they love what they do.
