 Jeff has always been a student of the world, a committed family man and is the Top Selling Broker at the LIV Sotheby’s Boulder office. Before moving his family to Boulder, Jeff was the most sought-after building contractor in Key West and the proud owner and CEO of Erickson Builders. With an unwavering pursuit of excellence and a resolute advocacy for preservation, Jeff was largely responsible for the renaissance of “old town,” Key West one house at a time. He received numerous awards for excellence in renovation and his attention to detail was instrumental in preserving the architectural integrity of the island’s most prominent and historic homes such as the home of playwright Tennessee Williams, elevating Key West from obscurity and onto the pages of Architectural Digest and Veranda.

In 2000, a young daughter and quality schools brought Jeff and his family to Boulder where he continues to use his special skills as a full-time Realtor, a testament to his endless enthusiasm and commitment to making the buying and selling of real estate as enjoyable as possible. In addition, Jeff’s dedication and principles of integrity include an unusual depth of knowledge for the often-complicated process of buying and selling water rights in Boulder County. He’s also a staunch defender and advocate for clients, eager to represent a wide range of properties, whether a cozy mountain cottage, condo or luxury home, as well as a keen interest and understanding of both farm and ranch-style properties. Jeff is partnered with his wife, Carliss Erickson, daughter, Rebeccah and son-in law, Ryan McIntosh. A winning combination who collectively share more than 70 years of real estate experience. Jeff is a licensed pilot, following in the footsteps of his father, and someone who enjoys the Colorado lifestyle with a game of golf, or skiing and hiking outdoors; but “globe-trotting” is the family favorite whenever time permits.

The son of an Air Force Colonel, Ryan developed his high ethical standards and integrity from an early age. Being raised in a military family, Ryan has had the opportunity to travel and live abroad throughout his life, growing up in places like Egypt, Germany, and South Korea. This has immensely shaped his worldview and developed his unparalleled ability to adapt and interact with people from all different backgrounds and cultures.

Starting his professional career in the tech industry in Longmont, Colorado, Ryan was able to use his background to quickly find his niche helping customers to learn, understand, and use the various products and software his company provided. After a few years, Ryan found that what he truly enjoyed most was the human connection that came from the direct interaction with his customers. Ryan has since taken this passion for helping others and easily carried it over into his real estate career, providing exceptional and unwavering care and dedication to his clients.

Ryan has now placed himself firmly with the Top-Ranking Real Estate Broker in the LIV Sotheby’s Boulder office, his father-in-law, Jeff Erickson. In doing so, Ryan has helped take the Jeff Erickson Group, which also includes his mother-in-law Carliss Erickson, to the next level leaning on his years of experience and work within the tech industry. Ryan helps simplify the process of buying and selling real estate using his innate ability to understand complex information and tasks, easily translating, and relating this information for his clients. On a daily basis, Ryan continues to create value, pulling from the guidance and mentorship of the Erickson team, adding to his knowledge base.

Ryan is happily married to Rebeccah McIntosh, a University of Colorado graduate who has recently joined the Jeff Erickson Group. The couple resides in Longmont with their two rescue dogs, Bentley and Bailey. Outside of real estate, Ryan and Rebeccah are avid supporters of CU athletics and love to ski, bike, hike, camp, and golf.

Her real estate success and countless number of successful closings became the benchmarks by which other agents gauged their careers, and her innovative and cutting-edge marketing skills are as relevant today as they were so many years ago. Carliss has carved a longstanding career as a full-time agent who continues to push the boundaries of quality service and outstanding performance.
