Jeff and Carliss were extremely personable from the get-go. It felt as if a family friend was taking us house hunting which was a big comfort for us first-time buyers. After closing and getting settled into the new place, they took us out for celebratory drinks and dinner to toast to our new home. 

I was moving cross country from Virginia Beach, VA and did not know anyone in Boulder nor did I know the area. I was downsizing from a very large family home but was not sure what I wanted. 5 stars. My husband and I relocated from AZ to CO earlier this year. We had only a few days to search for property with specific features. Jeff diligently worked with us for several days showing us homes all over Boulder county. Jeff really listened to us and only showed us homes that met our criteria. Jeff was instrumental in guiding us (remember we knew no one in CO) through the inspection and home warranty process and acted as our liaison and advocate throughout closing and move-in. Jeff and Carliss even came to visit and deliver a lovely housewarming gift soon after we moved in. Jeff continued to check on us (he called us, we didn't call him) weeks after we moved in to be sure everything was as expected. We are very happy with the house and the neighborhood. Based on Jeff's integrity, we would highly recommend him as a realtor, and we plan to contact Jeff for any future real estate needs and/or advice.

Choosing to work with Ryan as our real estate agent was one of the best decisions we could have made. The best part of working with Ryan was knowing that he had our best interest in mind with each decision he made, this isn't common among a lot of real estate agents our friends and family have worked with. I would like to express how grateful and fortunate my husband and I are that we found Jeff and Carliss Erickson for the sale of our home. They both went above and beyond the call of duty helping us get our house ready for the market, being there for inspection, potential buyers, cleaning personnel and more. Jeff even took my car to get a new battery and service so that I could safely drive it on a long distance journey home.
